Bridled is inspired by “scolds bridle” used in the period between 1650 and 1800 (Duncan) in the United Kingdom. Bridles were to keep  women from arguing or disagreeing with their neighbors.  The woman here is mad. Her bridle is made out of Alaskan rabbit fur, with a spiked head strap. Her eyes are glaring while her hands are flipping the viewer off.
